All I want is a nap . . .

That's right, all I have wanted to do for the last week is take a nap !!!!

I have little to no motivation to do anything, including working on stitchery or sewing.

It's not for a lack of projects either.

Table runners - this wonderful kit came with enough fabric to make two (!!!) table runners. I want to get at least one done by the middle of the month for BF's birthday.

Half assembled 9-patches, just wainting to be completed as leaders and enders . . .

New patterns. The Americana and Spring rows with a few days late publishing. That was ok, it's not her fault that I lack motivation to move on to something else in the meantime. I have them now and am gearing up to work on them.

The third pattern is a block of the week I told you about here.  I have the fabric and the first five blocks printed . . .

October ALYOFs goal has been assembled and I'm working on the binding and hanger. It took an afternoon to cut everything out, assemble it and machine quilt. I finally picked it up yesterday and put the binding on. The hemming is 1/4 complete :) Still deciding on embellishments.

And there's always more waiting in the wings.

There seems to be a resurgence for the Farmer's Wife Quilt.

This one is being hosted by Gnome Angel and Fat Quarter Shop.
And of course, I'm on that band wagon. So far, I have a version of the book that I got a couple of years ago when it first came on my radar - about the time I was getting interested in blogging myself.
I've finally started colleting fabrics for it which I am purchasing from Fat Quarter Shop. This is not an endorsement, as I buy fabric wherever I find the selection I want at the best price. Basically, I'm an equal opportunity shopper. I haven't started just yet as I'm feeling unmotivated and a little overwhelmed with all I have going on. I just have to find my rhythm and comfort zone and I'll be off to the running again.

For now, I'm off for an oil change and to pick up my BOM from a local quilt shop.

Thanks for stopping by,

Wishing you a day filled with creativity.

Me, too, on the napping. There always seem so many projects, don't there? I'm doing the other 1930s Sampler QAL, verykerryberry - it's further along, but I haven't started, so it doesn't matter. LOL I did wash a bunch of fabric for it today, though - it's all pinks someone gave me. I've sorted it into 2 shades of light, 2 shades of light medium, dark medium, and 2 shades of dark. Lots of progress, eh? =)

Oh my goodness it's so HARD to stay awake lately. All I want to do is sit. After enough coffee, I usually get motivated, but it's hard! You seem to have a lot going on for just wanting to sleep, lol....love that pumpkin table runner.
